Alba Vega Lopez is a Foreign Legal Consultant at Arce Immigration Law. Born in the city of Ronda in southern Spain and currently residing in Madrid, Alba’s diverse background has shaped her understanding of immigration processes. Having studied and worked in several countries: England; Italy and Spain, she has gained invaluable insights into the complexities faced by individuals navigating the intricacies of immigration.

Alba completed her law degree at the University of Granada and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in law in Madrid. During her academic journey, she embarked on an Erasmus exchange program at the Università degli Studi di Modena in Italy, where she delved into the intricacies of International Law. Complementing her legal education, Alba is also studying Finance and Accounting, broadening her knowledge in related fields.

Before joining Arce Immigration Law, Alba’s professional experiences further enriched her skill set. She worked at ALDA (the European Association for Local Democracy), collaborating with local and regional authorities and civil society actors to foster resilient, inclusive, and sustainable communities. Alba also interned at Correos Spain, gaining hands on experience in drafting international contracts and documents.

Alba’s commitment to positively impacting others extends beyond her professional pursuits. She actively participated in The Change the World Model United Nations (CWMUN), engaging with students from across the globe to address pressing issues on the international political agenda. Additionally, she has volunteered with various NGOs focused on promoting social change, particularly aiding young immigrants in Spain, empowering and offering support throughout their immigration process in Spain which helped them to envision and construct their desired futures.

With Spanish as her native language, Alba also speaks English and Italian. She is currently dedicated to becoming proficient in French. Her love for travel has exposed her to diverse cultures, enabling her to develop a nuanced understanding of global affairs.
