Anabel Garcia Gonzalez is an Associate Attorney at Arce Immigration Law. She holds a J.D and International Law LL.M from the University of Miami School of Law.

During Law School, she interned with the University of Miami Health Rights Clinic, a medical-legal partnership operated in collaboration with the UM Miller School of Medicine, where she assisted low income clients in immigration matters and proceedings before the Social Security Administration in connection with disability benefits. She successfully represented elderly clients in hearings to determine their rights to obtain public benefits, and handled immigration matters such as  naturalization proceedings and adjustment of status proceedings.

Ms. Garcia was selected as the Clinic Fellow the following semester due to her commitment and performance, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award at the Health Rights Clinic.

Ms. Garcia was born and raised in Cuba, where she attended the University of Havana, obtaining her first law degree (Licenciatura en Derecho) in 2015. Afterwards she moved to the United States with the intent of pursuing her dream to become an attorney.

Ms. Garcia enjoys the beach and road trips. She loves outdoor activities like jogging and biking. She also likes to spend time with her family and friends.
