Arantza Fernandes Elorza is a Volunteer Attorney Intern at Arce Immigration Law. She holds a J.D and International Law LL.M from the University of Miami School of Law. Mrs. Fernandes was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020.

During Law School, she pursued several externship positions in the corporate and banking area. However, her interest shifted towards immigration when she first handedly experienced the immigration process. Mrs. Fernandes is well acquainted with the process and understands the client’s concerns and needs. Mrs. Fernandes will guide you through every step of the process.

Mrs. Fernandes has experience in litigation and trademark having successfully represented clients in her previous law firm both in court and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Mrs. Fernandes was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, where she attended Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB), earning her first law degree in 2017. Immediately afterwards, she moved to the United States to pursue a Joint LL.M/J. D diploma that she completed in 2019.

Mrs. Fernandes is fluent in Spanish and English. In her free time, Mrs. Fernandes enjoys outdoor activities, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
