During your initial consultation you will discuss your case one on one with an experienced attorney who is Board Certified as an Expert in Immigration & Nationality Law. You should prepare for your consult by noting any important immigration concerns or issues that you would like to discuss.
If your consultation is in person, you should bring your passport, I-94 card, and any other important documents that pertain to your case. If your consultation is by Skype, or phone, you may email those documents to our attention.
The point of the consultation is to review your immigration history to determine your immigration options for the present and the future so that you may make an informed decision as to how to proceed with your case.
We welcome you to take notes during the consultation and you may also email or call us after the consultation if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the information discussed during the consultation.
We charge a fee for your initial consultation due to the attorney’s valuable time.
