Daniela Sirimarco Garcia is a bilingual Associate Attorney at Arce Immigration Law. Daniela immigrated from Argentina to South Florida with her family when she was five. After experiencing the immigration system firsthand, she decided early on in her life that she wanted to help others navigate the complex institution and succeed in their immigration endeavors.

Daniela received her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shephard Broad College of Law, graduating Summa Cum Laude and second in her class. Daniela was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2020. Prior to attending law school, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science.

During her time in law school, Daniela interned for Americans for Immigrant Justice, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income immigrants with their immigration needs. She also was a member of the Immigration Law Organization and she attended numerous community events, including immigration clinics.

In her spare time, Daniela enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her dog, Nala. She also likes traveling and trying out new restaurants.
