Irving Garcia was born and raised in Cuba, where he dreamed of moving to the United States from a young age. He pursued his passion for technology by studying Computer Science at the Technological Institute of Santiago. He later earned a Certification in Medical Computer Imaging from the University de Oriente in Santiago de Cuba.
Irving’s career in Cuba included working at the Provincial Hospital of Santiago, managing computer networks for the Public Health Department, and teaching Computer Science courses as a university professor from 2004 to 2006.
He fulfilled his childhood dream and immigrated to the U.S., where he furthered his education by studying to be an Electrical Technician at the Miami Florida Institute of Technology, earning certifications in Burglar Alarm Systems Agent Training and Fire Alarm Systems Agent Training.
Now a proud citizen of the United States, Irving joined Arce Immigration Law in 2023 as a Building Superintendent, bringing his expertise and experience to our team.
