Gabriela Mendoza is a Law Clerk at Arce Immigration Law. She was born and raised in Peru. She studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica (PUCP) and obtained her foreign law degree in 2010. She also has a Master’s in Public Management from ESAN University in Peru and a Master’s in International Law from the University of Miami.

With over ten years of experience and extensive knowledge in tax, environmental, international trade, and compliance matters, Ms. Mendoza has a wide range of legal knowledge in these areas. Through her professional career, she has developed a deep understanding of the operation of critical sectors of the economy, including: the airline industry; ports; telecommunications; transportation; and infrastructures which enable her to help our many clients in those industries.

Ms. Mendoza discovered her interest in Immigration Law during her studies at the University of Miami where she provided volunteer legal assistance to organizations helping refugees and other migrants in Florida.  She has also served as a certified tax volunteer for the Miami community.  She is bilingual in Spanish and English and is currently learning Portuguese.

In her free time, Ms. Mendoza enjoys traveling and playing sports outdoors.
