Firm Overview

Arce Immigration Law, P.A. specializes in Immigration & Nationality Law. We represent individuals, families, employers, and employees throughout the U.S. and abroad in all their immigration matters. We work closely with our clients, guiding them through the immigration process each step of the way from the initial consultation to file preparation and case resolution.

The Firm is directed by Attorney Carmen Arce, who is Board-Certified in Immigration and Nationality Law, making her part of a distinguished group of very few attorneys to whom the state awards the highest level of specialty certification available in the United States. In Florida, only 78 attorneys of over 100,000 (less than 0.1%) are Board-Certified in Immigration Law having proven their expertise and training with unusually problematic cases, being able to provide the most advanced level of legal counseling.

Carmen Arce has twenty years of experience handling all types of Immigration cases. She is an active member of The American Immigration Lawyers Association and has served on the Board Certification Committee for the Florida Bar. Our office is strategically located within the heart of Miami’s business district in the Brickell Arch Building at 1395 Brickell Ave, Suite 1380.

During your initial consultation you will discuss your case one on one with an experienced attorney who is Board Certified as an Expert in Immigration & Nationality Law. You should prepare for your consult by noting any important immigration concerns or issues that you would like to discuss. If your consultation is in person, you should bring your passport, I-94 card, and any other important documents that pertain to your case. If your consultation is by Skype, or phone, you may email those documents to our attention.

The point of the consultation is to review your immigration history to determine your immigration options for the present and the future so that you may make an informed decision as to how to proceed with your case.

We welcome you to take notes during the consultation and you may also email or call us after the consultation if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the information discussed during the consultation.
