Joyce Avelino is a Legal Analyst at Arce Immigration Law, PA. She is registered with the Brazilian Bar Association as a Lawyer, and she currently lives in Porto, Portugal, where she is seeking to further her post-grad legal studies. With a degree in Law from the Universidade Paulista de São Paulo, Brazil, Joyce is currently studying for a Master’s degree in Digital Law and Informatics at the Universidade do Minho, in Braga, Portugal.
Born and raised in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil, Joyce has cultivated a passion for Immigration Law since graduation, with her dissertation focusing on international adoptions and agreements between countries to ensure the safety of children.
Joyce is Bilingual in Portuguese and English. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures. She also likes spending quality time with friends and family
