Fernanda Silveira Costa is a Legal Analyst at Arce Immigration Law. She holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Legal Sciences from the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and earned her Bachelor of Laws from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.

With nearly a decade of legal experience as an attorney in Brazil, Fernanda has built a strong background in civil and criminal law, legal research, and advocacy for vulnerable populations. Her academic and professional work has consistently focused on international cooperation in criminal matters and the protection of fundamental rights, particularly in transnational contexts.

Throughout her career, Fernanda has served as a legal advisor, content writer, and university professor, and has published several academic articles and book chapters on international law, human rights, and European judicial cooperation. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, working out, and running.
