Born in the Cross-Cultural City of Foz do Iguaçu, where Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina meet, Rafael Pavei grew up immersed in the multicultural richness of the region. From a young age, he helped his father with the farm’s activities, cultivating a strong bond with the land and hard work. His quest for knowledge took him to Curitiba, where he studied accounting and civil engineering at Universidade Positivo. In addition to Portuguese, he is fluent in English and Spanish, which enriches his communication skills.

With a global mindset, Rafael expanded his horizons by studying Advanced English in 2011 in the city of Vancouver, Canada. He has went on to travel extensively throughout the world.

Rafael fills the Document Coordinator where his meticulous attention to detail is invaluable.

Rafael embraces his passion for travel, snowboarding, and outdoor exploration in his free time. His life celebrates the interconnectedness of cultures, his dedication to education, and his quest for thrills in nature.
