Marcia Lima studied Language Arts at the University of Santa Cruz in her Hometown, Ilheus-Bahia-Brazil. She is tri-lingual in Portuguese, Spanish and English. She has an extensive career history with one of the largest and most important airlines in Brazil, where she worked for 5 years in several areas of the airline industry and gained positions of leadership as a Customer Service Agent and Airport Supervisor.

She moved to Miami in 2012 and gained 5 more years of experience as a Customer Service Agent working at Miami International Airport for the same Airline Company. Through years resolving complex customer service complaints, her greatest strength is providing quality customer service to her clients.

Márcia joined our team in February 2018, adding to our company all her experience and excellence in service, making our clients feel appreciated for trusting us with their immigration matters.
