Attorney Sasha Kaskel is a dedicated advocate who channels her expertise to help individuals pursue their dreams and companies reach their potential in the United States. As a partner at Arce Immigration Law, Ms. Kaskel is known for her relentless commitment to excellence and client success.

She graduated second in her class from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where she demonstrated leadership and academic distinction. During law school, she served on the editorial board of the Law Review honors journal, competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition—where her team placed 4th—and was named 2016 Volunteer of the Year by a South Florida nonprofit immigration organization. She also earned the highest grade in her class section in Contracts, Business Entities, and First Amendment.

Ms. Kaskel is a published author with two articles featured in official AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) publications, where she provides strategic guidance to fellow immigration attorneys on meeting the EB-1 extraordinary ability criteria. Her insights are based on successful case strategies and favorable Administrative Appeals Office decisions. AILA’s selection of her work highlights her authority and respected voice in the field of immigration law.
